A team of ‘pro’ footballers from the firm took to the pitch to support One In A Million at their 10th annual 5-A-Side football tournament on 18 October 2022.

Although there might have been some aches the next day, our team had a thoroughly enjoyable day whilst doing good.

The day involved a range of companies playing some great football in a positive but competitive spirit. The Schofield Sweeney team consisted of
James Farrell, Harry Whyte, Leo Jones-Rowe, Alex Aitken, Jonathan Exall and Damian Kilroy.

Well done to everyone who took part and helped make the tournament a resounding success, raising funds to support the work of One In A Million

Despite a great effort, the Schofield Sweeney team didn’t place but congratulations to the tournament winners; Team One In A Million with runners up; Chadwick Lawrence and third place Naylor Wintersgill, in a well-fought tournament.
The highest goal scorer prize went to; Patrick Sykes from Naylor Wintersgill scoring an impressive 14 goals!

The real winners from the day of course will be the children and young people from Bradford that One in a Million will be able to reach with the funds raised.
