Your wellbeing 

We hold events and activities throughout the year, focusing on maintaining our good health and wellbeing.  From wellbeing cafes and celebratory meals through to laughter yoga and managing stress workshops.

Our team of seven Mental Health First Aiders are available at all times, and we’ll check in with you regularly to see how things are going.

You’ll have opportunities to socialise and take part in charity events, our internal newsletter will give you a great insight to your colleagues, and we’ll keep you supplied with fresh fruit every week!
