James advises on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A transactions, share buy-backs, management buyouts, and group re-organisations.

He has acted for individual shareholders and advised them in respect of their rights and obligations under investment agreements whether that be in relation to new investments or exit strategies from existing ones.

James has also acted for SPVs and developer clients in respect of joint venture agreements and the corporate governance of estate management companies.
