We like to give back (and have fun!)
Supporting our communities
Each year, we choose a charity to support and in 2022 we are supporting Yorkshire Cancer Research. Yorkshire’s independent cancer charity, whose aim is to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer.
In 2021 we supported independent charity Simon on the Streets, which offers support to homeless and vulnerable people across Bradford, Leeds, and Kirklees.
Our colleagues have slept-out, baked, abseiled, run, climbed, got muddy, stranded on islands, taken part in treasure hunts and even sent to ‘jail’ to raise money for local causes. There’s always something happening and every member of the firm is invited to take part.
We work closely with a variety of other local organisations and charities too to offer pro bono support, work experience and donations. From supporting seasonal appeals and foodbanks to giving pupils an insight into our world with career days and mock interviews.
Outside of work, we’re proud that many of our team also contribute as governors, trustees and volunteers.
Visit our careers page to find out what it’s like working with us and what vacancies are available.

“I’ve not done a colour run before, but I will again. It was great fun for all ages & we loved being part of the Schofield Sweeney team raising money for Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice”
“A group of us took part in Pretty Muddy in memory of our dear colleague Lisa, who sadly passed away in 2021.
We are over the moon to say that thanks to everyone’s kindness, we have raised over £3,000 for Cancer Research UK!”
