Regal Food Products acquires 45,000 sq ft facility in Bradford

Regal Food Products Group, the Yorkshire-based company behind brands including Yorkshire Baking Company and Just Desserts Yorkshire, has acquired a new warehouse in Bradford to support its business growth.

The 45,000 sq ft facility, located on Hopbine Lane in the South Bowling area, was purchased from sliding doors manufacturer FSD. Property consultancy Eddisons marketed and sold the warehouse and is now assisting FSD in securing a new production site in Bradford.

Regal Food Products received legal advice on the acquisition from Farooq Zar, partner, and Samantha Nickson, solicitor, in the real estate team at Schofield Sweeney.

Regal Food Products employ over 300 people across 6 Bradford sites. This purchase has followed a series of acquisitions, marking a significant step in their expansion strategy and enhancing their capacity to meet growing demand.
