Charles Stent has been appointed as a director in our real estate team.

Charles is an experienced real estate lawyer who joins us from a national firm. He has advised on a wide range of complex residential and commercial property matters, including high-value transactions, development projects, and healthcare sector leases. Charles has a proven track record in managing significant property deals and lease negotiations, and his expertise will further strengthen the firm’s capabilities in the real estate sector.

We’re also celebrating the recent qualification of  Louise Morley, who has been with Schofield Sweeney since 2022. Louise’s successful qualification as a solicitor highlights the firm’s commitment to nurturing talent within its team.
