We’re excited to welcome David Ryan to our real estate team!

David is an experienced real estate lawyer with a background in the Leeds and West Yorkshire market, returning to private practice after 3.5 years as an in-house lawyer at HM Land Registry. He brings broad expertise from sale and purchase and acting for both landlords and tenants on lease matters, as well as advising on telecoms agreements for landowners, complex first registrations and redevelopment projects.

Rosie Bamforth also joins the real estate team after training with the firm and qualifying in October. She supports clients with commercial landlord and tenant matters, and the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties.
