The Grade II listed five-storey property is in the vibrant heart of Manchester and within easy reach of the Arndale Shopping Centre. The building totals almost 20,000 sq ft of internal retail and office space with a rental yield of around £500,000 per annum ex VAT.

The property was also recently heavily refurbished by renowned Manchester developers, the Kinrise Group.
