Emma specialises in advising businesses and individuals on regulatory compliance and defence against prosecution, with a particular expertise in environmental and health and safety matters.
She is also experienced in Selective and HMO licensing compliance and defence, including appeals to the First-tier Tribunal and Crown Court.
