We have been shortlisted for ‘Employer of the Year’ at this year’s Bradford Means Business awards!

We are so thrilled to have received this recognition and are excited to attend the awards on the 20th July at The Walton View Hotel.

Thank you to the judges for shortlisting us but the main thanks goes to the people that contribute to making Schofield Sweeney a great place to work. From our wellbeing team, social committee and ESG champions, to line managers, HR and partners, all of which drive a long list of initiatives to add value to our colleague’s working life.

Here is a glimpse of some of these: excellent career progression, internal secondments, volunteering opportunities, staff awards, thank a colleague initiatives, tea and toast catch-ups, financial wellbeing sessions, book club, visits from the guide dog puppies, soapbox and dragon boat teams, joining Leeds Pride parade, summer and Christmas parties and on the topic of awards, recent winners of the FB Hero Diversity, Inclusion and Equality award for the second year running.

It has been a week of celebrations for award shortlists as Pardeep Khela has also been nominated for Solicitor of the Year by the British Asian Professional Awards.
