Pardeep has a wide range of real estate experience, acting for large companies through to medium sized owner managed businesses.

His area of expertise includes high value landlord and tenant matters, real estate finance, investor purchases and corporate support. He also acts for a growing number of commercial developers.

Work highlights include:

• Acting for a high net worth investor purchasing a £41 million retail park in the North East with occupational tenants such as Sainsbury’s, B & M and Argos.
• Acting for Jersey corporate trustees on a £30 million purchase of a retail park in North Yorkshire with occupational tenants such as Next, Boots and Marks & Spencer from Aviva Pension Trustees.
• Acting jointly on behalf of private equity investors and the QSH group in respect of a £20 million sale of a portfolio of social housing schemes in Yorkshire and the South West to the Co-Operative Pension Scheme.
• Acting jointly for Barnett Waddingham Pension Trustees and Handelsbanken to acquire a £15 million portfolio of industrial units in Leeds, Bradford and Manchester.
• Acting for a UK online retailer with regard to the purchase of a former manufacturing plant in West Yorkshire with a gross development value in excess of £10 million.
• Acting for a renewable energy group based in the North East with regard to a revolving credit and loan facility of £6 million provided by a Swiss lender.

In a voluntary capacity, Pardeep helps out at the Rotary Club International and is also a University of Sheffield Alumni ambassador.
