We are pleased to announce that Ian Anderson has been appointed by the Attorney General to the List of Regulatory Advocates in Health and Safety and Environmental Law.
The Attorney General’s List of Regulatory Advocates in Health and Safety and Environmental Law is a panel of specially selected barristers in the UK who are qualified to represent government agencies like the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and Environment Agency in complex legal cases related to health and safety, and environmental law, acting as prosecutors in enforcement actions against individuals or companies breaching regulations in these areas.
Ian’s appointment to the panel recognises his expertise in dealing with complex regulatory cases and strengthens the firm’s expertise in environmental and regulatory law.
“Being appointed to the panel is testimony to the quality of work that the firm undertakes in regulatory law and Schofield Sweeney’s reputation as a leader in environmental investigations and prosecutions. I’m excited for the opportunity to work closely with the regulators and provide high standards of legal expertise in prosecuting complex regulatory cases within environmental and regulatory law”, Ian Anderson.
