In our latest commercial property deal, we have advised Quick Reach Powered Access Limited (Quick Reach) on the expansion of their head office and distribution facility in Manchester.
As the Quick Reach team and fleet size continue to grow it was vital to obtain more office and workshop space, as the demand for their equipment accelerated following the lifting of lockdown restrictions.
