Charles is an experienced commercial property solicitor who acts for a wide range of clients. His work includes acting for landlords and tenants, dealing with a wide range of property management work, from leases, buying and selling properties, to development projects.
Charles’ specialism includes working with clients in the healthcare sector. He has acted for various healthcare bodies, providing advice on leases, development of health clinics, and working on behalf of GPs. Charles won the Legal 500 Northern Powerhouse Award in 2023 for Rising Star of the Year in the Public Sector and was previously an examiner at CILEX Law School.
Outside of work, he has a keen interest in current affairs, updates in law, and all types of sport and fitness.
