McGregor Logistics Ltd has more than doubled its warehouse space at St. Modwen Park to over 95,000 sq ft across two refurbished units.

David Cowgill advised the team at McGregor Logistics on the additional 55,000 sq ft let in Doncaster following its move there last year. The 27-acre industrial and logistics site, half of which has been redeveloped to provide 245,000 sq ft of additional industrial and logistics units, is also home to global technology giant Bosch and logistics firm DB Schenker.

St. Modwen Park is now one of McGregor Logistics’ main distribution hubs in the UK and a crucial distribution site for the company.
