The data draws on feedback from more than 9,000 client responses in Legal 500’s annual research which asks: “On a scale of 0-10, how likely are you to recommend this firm?” The data is then used to calculate a net promoter score for each firm, allowing firms to be benchmarked against each other, providing unique insight into the firms which are most highly regarded by their clients.
