Ann-Marie is responsible for delivering the firm’s marketing and communications strategy. Her role focuses on growing the brand, improving the client experience and developing the firm’s culture.
During her time at Schofield Sweeney, she has created and embedded the firm’s brand identity, proposition and values, introducing a focus on exceptional client service, collaboration and innovation.
She is a member of the operations management team and has over 15 years of marketing experience in the financial and legal services sector. Her expertise includes event management, website development, digital marketing, internal and external communications and PR.
Ann-Marie chairs the ESG and Social committees, is a Mental Health First Aider, and a women’s wellbeing advocate.
In 2021 she was the first non-lawyer to be promoted to an Associate at the firm.
