We have advised Olympus Print Group on its acquisition by All4Labels Global Packaging Group.
Leeds-based Olympus Print Group, one of the leading label manufacturers in the United Kingdom, will become the first subsidiary of All4Labels in the UK.
Olympus Print Group produces labels for a range of markets, with a focus on personal care as well as the wine and spirits and beer industry. The former owners will become co-shareholders of the All4Labels Group and will continue to manage the business.
