In addition to advising on the structuring of estates through family investment companies and trusts, John is a recognised expert in Stamp Duty Land Tax, having written a leading practitioner textbook on the subject, now in its eighth edition and playing an active role in the Stamp Taxes Practitioners Group of Chartered Institute of Taxation.
