Manjit Virdee and Kate Fox advised HSBC on funding provided to MTE Heat Treatment to back their MBO.
MTE Heat Treatment, based at a 30,000 sq ft of custom-designed facility in Slaithwaite, West Yorkshire, provides sub-contract services for the heat treatment and surface engineering of metals.
The company serves a broad customer base, including the automotive and heavy automotive sectors, marine, energy and precision engineering industries.
