UKREiiF: All eyes on Bradford

17th May 2024
UKREiiF, is the UK’s biggest real estate exhibition and a key networking event annually connecting more than 12,000 investors, funders and developers from across the UK and around the world. Bradford will be well represented when the conference is held again this year from 21 – 23 May.

We are delighted to be partenering with Bradford Council to host a three-day showcase of the city and the district for its partners and guests, in the nearby Mumtaz restaurant.

The Showcase will be an opportunity for industry key players to find out more information about what’s happening across the district and talk to those leading the work. Highlighted schemes include:

  • One City Park (£35m, 65,000sq ft city centre office space) completed – PwC anchor tenants
  • Darley Street Market (£23m new state-of-the-art indoor market with outdoor market square)
  • High Point, a former commercial building converted into luxury apartments
  • Making Hall Ings traffic-free to connect the Interchange to the multi-award-winning City Park (as part of wider large-scale improvements to the city centre to make it a more pleasant place to walk, cycle and spend time)
  • Keighley regeneration (£19m Levelling Up Funding as well as funding of £33.6M through the Keighley Towns Fund, to deliver key projects such as the Providence Park industrial hub)
  • Shipley regeneration (Funding of £25M through the Shipley Towns Fund, including key projects such as the rejuvenation of the market square)

Bradford is an exciting location for anyone looking to start, invest in, or grow a business. The Showcase event celebrates the success and opportunities the district can offer, and we’re delighted to be a partner.”

Mark Cowgill, Bradford Chamber President, said: “The news that UKREiiF will be in West Yorkshire for the foreseeable future was excellent news for Bradford. This must -attend event will provide Bradford with a brilliant opportunity to showcase its ambition to everyone. With Bradford UK City of Culture months away and the heart of the city centre advancing, it really is a brilliant time to be associated with Bradford.”
