Ann-Marie is responsible for delivering the firm’s marketing, business development and communications strategy.

She has grown the firm’s national reputation for its expertise, niche specialisms, client-centric approach and workplace culture.

During her time at Schofield Sweeney, she has created and embedded the firm’s brand identity, proposition, and values, introducing a focus on exceptional client service, collaboration, and innovation.

She is a member of the operations management team and has over 15 years of marketing experience in the financial and legal services sector. Her expertise includes event management, website development, digital marketing, internal and external communications and PR.

Ann-Marie chairs the ESG and Social committees, is a Mental Health First Aider, and a women’s wellbeing advocate.

In 2021 she was the first non-lawyer to be promoted to an Associate at the firm.

Ann-Marie is a member of the Bradford Place Marketing Board, One in a Million Fundraising Board and the Little Germany Heritage Project.
