Rob acts for business and individual clients, offering expertise and advice on a whole range of commercial property matters.

His specialism in healthcare property involves helping GPs with their property requirements. That work includes dealing with new healthcare developments, sale and leaseback transactions and transferring properties between partners. Along with the team, Rob advises on the acquisition and disposal of dental and pharmaceutical premises and businesses. His current experience of providing advice to tenants who occupy facilities procured under the NHS lift project including doctors, councils and charities and as a member of the primary healthcare premises forum he is alive to the practical issues affecting the sector.

For over 20 years his career has involved working for parties involved in the railway and transport industry including work on the Thameslink project, a reorganisation of the rail freight sector and dockside properties at several deepwater UK ports.

Work highlights include:

• Delivering new build healthcare facilities in Leeds and Bradford in areas of social deprivation.
• Working on remodelling London’s historic Borough Market to accommodate a new railway viaduct.
• Assisting the Thackray Medical Museum with their major refurbishment programme.
