Women in Business Lunch

Join finance expert, cricket fan and equality campaigner Vic Stewart at The Business Desk Women in Business lunch, sponsored by Schofield Sweeney at The Alchemist, Greek Street, Leeds on 18 September.7

Vic is chief finance officer at Palatine-backed The Alchemist, a group of premium cocktail bar restaurants operating across the UK and in Berlin.

Vic co-founded The 6% Club which aims to drive diversity in deal-making by increasing the number of women in the wider private equity community, and she sits on the Greater Manchester Combined Authority’s women and girls’ equality panel.

Vic combines her passion for passion for equality with her passion for cricket as a non-executive treasurer at Lancashire County Cricket Club, where her stated goal is to bring more women into the game as players, spectators and leaders.

As well as holding events for members, The 6% Club works to raise awareness of gender equality issues within corporate finance, and has produced a bullet-point guide showing how companies can attract and retain senior professional women.
