Munoyo has experience in numerous aspects of corporate and commercial law, acting for a diverse range of clients, including SMEs, individuals, partnerships, charities, trusts and companies.
She has worked with clients on sales and purchases of companies-both shares and assets. She also handles shareholder arrangements, loan transactions for financial intermediaries, investment agreement reviews and corporate governance guidance including share buybacks, share redesignations, Members Voluntary Liquidations, drafting and /or amending of articles of association and shareholder agreements.
Munoyo is passionate about technology and law, especially AI and Cloud computing, advising on IT contracts, data protection, e-commerce, and various commercial contracts including distribution agreements, privacy policies, and terms and conditions. She also provides clients with guidance on daily trading operations, including compliance with consumer, data protection, and e-commerce regulations.
As an active member of the Society for Computers and Law (“SCL”), she stays updated on technology-related legal topics. She is also a member of the SCL Cloud Group where she contributes to discussions and thought leadership on emerging Cloud technologies, regulatory challenges, and data-related issues in the rapidly expanding Cloud market.
