Jack acts for businesses and individuals, offering expertise and advice on a whole range of corporate transactions.
Following his training at a firm in Hull & York, Jack qualified as a solicitor in December 2021.
During his training, Jack obtained experience with commercial property, litigation and corporate law.
His work with us includes offering expertise and advice on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers & acquisitions, disposals and company restructures.
Jack helped raise over £42,000 for Dove House Hospice by taking part in Yorkshire’s ‘Strictly Learn to Dance’, where he performed in front over 1,000 people. He is also a member of the Hull Young Professionals networking group, where he has helped organise and manage networking events and helped to grow the organisation from 150 to 400+ members.
Jack also won this year’s ‘More than Law’ award at Schofield Sweeney for his contribution to events and volunteering opportunities outside of work. His most notable involvement was helping to build, and drive, the team’s soapbox in this year’s Bradford Soapbox Challenge, where we finished with the 4th quickest time out of 26 teams and raised hundreds of pounds for charity along the way!
