Elizabeth advises businesses and individuals on a host of litigation matters, providing expert advice and solutions to those in need.
She has a particular interest in contentious trust and probate disputes, and has experience advising both trustees and beneficiaries. She also frequently acts for clients in the recruitment sector and deals with disputes relating to unpaid fees, and breaches of restrictive covenants. Other areas of specialism include construction litigation, insolvency disputes, and professional negligence claims.
Work highlights include:
- Successfully defending an injunction in respect of the alleged misuse of confidential information.
- Acting for Claimants in a High Court action for undue influence and breach of trust.
- Advising and resolving via settlement a claim by an Estate administrator against a number of family companies.
In a voluntary capacity, she is a mentor at the University of Law, offering support and guidance to young people studying for a future career in law.
