Elizabeth advises businesses and individuals on a host of litigation matters, providing expert advice and solutions to those in need.

She has a particular interest in contentious trust and probate disputes, and regularly advises in relation to estate claims, breaches of trust, and disputes as to the validity of Wills. She is currently studying to become a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).

She also frequently acts for clients in the recruitment sector and deals with disputes relating to unpaid fees, and breaches of restrictive covenants. Other areas of specialism include construction litigation, insolvency disputes, and professional negligence claims.

Work highlights include:

• Successfully defending an injunction in respect of the alleged misuse of confidential information.
• Acting for Claimants in a High Court action for undue influence and breach of trust which was successfully resolved via mediation.
• Advising on and resolving a claim by an Estate administrator against a number of family companies.

In a voluntary capacity, she is a mentor at the University of Law, offering support and guidance to young people studying for a future legal career.
