We have advised a day nursery in Reigate, Surrey on their acquisition by one of the UK’s largest nursery groups.
The deal sees Somers House Nursery, part of Cavendish Lodge Nursery and Pre-Schools, join Cheshire-headquartered Kids Planet Day Nurseries.
Established in March 2020, Somers House Nursery provides 80 year-round places for babies from six months, toddlers, and pre-schoolers up to five years.
The sale will enable Cavendish Lodge owners Jodie and Kevin Potter to concentrate on their other two London-based day nurseries.

Cavendish Lodge was supported on the transaction by a multidisciplinary team, including specialists from corporate, environmental, commercial employment and tax.
