Amanda Beresford, our head of planning, has responded to the Government’s white paper as it consults on proposed reform to the country’s planning system.

Leading planning lawyer, Amanda Beresford, has welcomed the aim of the Government to simplify and speed up the UK planning regime – however, has put forward several key areas for further consideration, as part of a consultation response on their Government’s ‘Planning for the Future’ white paper.

Amanda was responding in her capacity as Leeds Chamber of Commerce president and chair of West & North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce’s Planning Group.
