Kiril Mischeff, a leading food and beverage supplier, has acquired South-Lincolnshire based Minster Fine Foods Ltd, further strengthening its growing portfolio.
Kiril Mischeff, one of Europe’s leading food and ingredient suppliers to the food and beverage manufacturing, foodservice and retail sectors, was advised on the acquisition by a multidisciplinary team, including specialists from our corporate, environmental, commercial property, employment and commercial teams.
Minster Fine Foods, a continental food importer established in 1993, supplies a range of authentic delicatessen meat products from Europe to multiple retailers, wholesalers, food service providers and the industrial food sector. Originally founded in Minster on the Isle of Sheppey and now nestled in the picturesque market town of Bourne in South Lincolnshire, employs 6 people.
