The shortlist for the Yorkshire Dealmakers Awards 2026 has been announced, and we’re proud to be finalists in the following four categories:
- Corporate Law Firm of the Year
- International Deal of the Year – Acquisition of First Actuarial by Arthur J. Gallagher & Co
- Deal of the Year (between £5m – £25m) – Acquisition of Walker Crane Services by Mac’s Transport
- Deal of the Year (between £5m-£25m) – Acquisition of WDS Components by Diploma UK
The Yorkshire Dealmakers Awards have been recognising financiers, bankers, lawyers and funders at the very top of their game for the last 30 years. The shortlists, determined by an independent judging panel, reflect the breadth and depth of Yorkshire’s corporate finance community.
The awards recognise the teams and individuals behind some of the region’s most significant deals, alongside those who have continued to build and advise businesses through a more uncertain market.
We are delighted to announce our place as finalists and look forward to celebrating at the black-tie awards dinner at New Dock Hall on Thursday 26 November.
