Daniel acts for businesses and individuals, offering expertise and advice on a range of corporate transactions.

His specialisms include acquisitions and disposals (shares and assets), management buyouts and buy-ins, joint ventures, shareholder and partnership agreements, investment agreements, refinancing (including banking work) and reorganisations.

He has experience of dealing with acquisitions and disposals within the financial services sector, as well as transactions in the field of sport, media and entertainment.

Work highlights include:

• Assisting with the sale by the Royal Armouries (International) plc (RAI) of RAI’s shareholding to the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport.
• Advising on the sale of the entire membership interest of financial advisory business, trading as an LLP, to a Swedish investment vehicle. The deal was valued at £11m.
• Working on the exit of a chain of budget gyms from the UK market. The deal required back to back asset sales to a leading provider of UK gyms and sports centres.
