Sophie specialises in travel law, acting for a number of global travel clients on a variety of commercial contracts and providing advice on industry regulations, consumer regulations and data protection.

Sophie has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial work, including:

• Drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Advising on consumer law, financial regulations and data protection.
• Dealing with intellectual property work, including trademarks, infringement and passing off claims.
• Submitting both national and international trademarks.

She has assisted clients with protecting their trademarks and has successfully prohibited one of the biggest travel companies from using a client’s registered trademark.

Sophie has worked closely with a global travel firm with more than 50 offices worldwide and has negotiated a number of contracts with some of the world’s biggest luxury hotels.
