His specialist work varies from advising and assisting on acquisitions and disposals of development sites, commercial landlord and tenant matters and real estate finance transactions.

Work highlights include:

• Advising on the purchase of a North Yorkshire based retail shopping arcade.
• Assisting the firm’s corporate department with the property aspects of the sale of a North Yorkshire/ North East based dental practice to a private equity backed dental investment company.

In a voluntary capacity, Oliver is involved in Huddersfield University’s mentoring scheme, offering support and guidance to law students.
