We are pleased to announce the appointment of Nazia Nawaz as a new partner in the firm.

Based in the Huddersfield , Nazia will lead our contentious trusts and probate team. With over 20 years experience, she advises and represents clients in disputes relating to inheritance, probate, wills, and trust disputes.

Nazia holds full membership with the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and is an affiliate member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).

She is recognised as a ‘Next Generation Partner’ in the Legal 500 2023 and was also a finalist for the Private Client Lawyer of the Year award at the Legal 500 Northern Powerhouse Awards 2023.
