Yorkshire Commercial Property Lunch

In collaboration event with Together, Bradley Hall and Portfolio North, Schofield Sweeney invite property developers, investors and landlords to the Yorkshire Commercial Property Lunch, a fantastic networking event.

Speakers will concentrate on the theme of regeneration driving Yorkshire forward, from cultural, developmental and regenerational points of view.

Tom Wheldon, regional head of Henry Boot Developments, will focus on the work his team are undertaking to improve the landscape of Yorkshire.

Lee Arnell, executive manager of the regeneration team and Claire Kent, principal regeneration officer at Leeds City Council, will look at current and future regeneration plans for the city in the coming years .

Dan Bates from Bradford City of Culture 2025 will explain how the City of Culture status will assist in improving Bradford into a better place to live, work and stay.

The event will be held on September 28th 2023 from 12pm onwards at The Midnight Bell pub in Holbeck, Leeds.
