Quantifying discrimination claims
Over the coming year, this quarterly forum will offer expertise and training from our employment law partners, John Robinson and Annie Gray, on various topics that HR professionals can relate to.
Within this session we will facilitate an interactive discussion about how to quantify discrimination claims. We will look at the compensation awarded in past discrimination claims, highlight what went wrong for the employers and share some practical tips about what you can do to help minimise the value of, or altogether avoid discrimination claims.
If there is anything you would like us to cover in future forums, please get in touch.
Breakfast pastries and refreshments will be provided at 8.30am with the forum beginning at 9am.
Limited places available.
We look forward to seeing you.
