Over Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th July, members of our team swapped their sofas for bike saddles as they took part in the Packetts Tour de Dales 2026, raising vital funds for One In A Million.

A huge well done to our cyclists Libby, Chris, Hannah, Craig and Aimee, who tackled the challenge with determination, teamwork and plenty of smiles along the way.

Reflecting on the day, the team spoke about the incredible atmosphere, supportive people and sense of camaraderie throughout the ride.

“It was so nice to see everyone working together and making sure we all finished together. There was no competition, just encouragement and support from start to finish. It was a great day and I’d definitely do it again. I’d recommend anyone to give it a go!” – Aimee Firth.

A special congratulations goes to Libby, whose grit and determination throughout the event earned her a well-deserved award. An outstanding achievement and thoroughly deserved recognition.

We’re proud to support One In A Million as our charity of the year, their work is life-changing across our communities. We’re thrilled to have raised over £2000 towards One In A Million’s overall £15,000 target for the event. While the cycling may be over, the fundraising continues, and every donation helps bring the charity closer to its overall target.
