Lucy acts for businesses and individuals, offering expertise and advice on a whole range of corporate transactions.

Her specialisms include a full spectrum of corporate transaction work including acquisitions and disposals (share sales and asset sales), mergers, joint ventures, reorganisations, restructurings and management buyouts. In addition, she works on corporate governance and constitutional issues.

Lucy has advised a broad range of clients, from large national and international corporates through to family-owned SMEs and early-stage ventures.

Work highlights include:

• Advising on the sale of one of the largest independent lubricant manufacturers in the UK to a Germany-based former competitor.
• Advising on the sale of an independent health and fitness club to a premier fitness and leisure provider.

In a voluntary capacity, Lucy is a mentor for Leeds University students and supports students with growth in their studies and career.
