Gillian provides both insolvency and commercial advice to insolvency practitioners, companies, individuals, lenders, directors, shareholders, and creditors. She is solutions-focused, aiming to provide the best commercial advice in difficult scenarios where companies and individuals are struggling financially, while protecting stakeholders’ interests wherever possible.

Gillian also has specific expertise in international debt recovery, having held an in-house legal role at a national and international debt collection agency, recovering both UK debt for international creditors and assisting UK creditors in recovering international debt, primarily in Europe, the USA, and South-East Asia.
