Chris Schofield

Chris was one of the founding partners at Schofield Sweeney and an experienced company lawyer of over 30 years.

His specialisms include providing corporate and partnership law advice to a range of companies (listed and family or management owned), professional services firms (including solicitors’ firms) and not for profit organisations.

In a voluntary capacity, he is a non-executive director at Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust and lectures on a part-time basis at Huddersfield University. He is also a trustee at both St Gemma’s Hospice and the Enhance Academy Trust, as well as a governor at the One in a Million Free School.
