Jessica advises on all aspects of corporate law acting for a wide range of clients from small to medium-sized enterprises through to large national companies, public companies and financial institutions.

She specialises in corporate acquisitions and disposals (of both assets and shares), management buy-out and buy-ins, intra-group reorganisations, debt and equity financing, private equity transactions and public market fundraisings.

Work highlights include:

• Advising AIM-listed C4X Discovery Holdings plc on several market fundraisers totalling approximately £30m.
• Representing Catfoss Renewables Limited on debt finance with Greensill Capital (U.K.) Limited valued at £23m.
• Working with clients on the sale of Y.E.S (Your Event Solutions) Limited to US-based travel retail company Travel Leasers Group.
• Acting for Business Growth Fund in connection with its investment in Northern Installations CP Limited valued at £6.4 million.

In a voluntary capacity, Jessica is a J.C.I. Bradford member, organising, along with a team of like-minded volunteers, a secret Santa appeal and an Easter egg appeal to benefit local children and those in need.
