Jessica advises on all aspects of corporate law acting for a wide range of clients from individuals, SME’s through to large national companies, public companies and financial institutions.

She specialises in corporate acquisitions and disposals, group reorganisations (including structuring and establishing joint ventures), debt and equity financing including private equity transactions and public market fundraisings.

Work highlights include:

Advising AIM-listed C4X Discovery Holdings plc on several market fundraisers totalling approximately £30m.
Representing Catfoss Renewables Limited on debt finance with Greensill Capital (U.K.) Limited valued at £23m.
Working with clients on the sale of Y.E.S (Your Event Solutions) Limited to US-based travel retail company Travel Leasers Group.
Acting for Business Growth Fund in connection with its investment in Northern Installations CP Limited valued at £6.4 million.

In a voluntary capacity, Jessica is a J.C.I. Bradford member, organising, along with a team of like-minded volunteers, a secret Santa appeal and an Easter egg appeal to benefit local children and those in need.
