Jack qualified as a solicitor in December 2021.

He advises on a wide range of corporate matters, including acquisitions and disposals (of both assets and shares), intra-company restructures, share buybacks and share option schemes.

Work highlights include:

• Acting in relation to the disposal of the Kettlewell Fuels group, an all-Yorkshire family fuel provider, to Northern Energy Oil.
• Advising Cubico (trading as Cubico Bathrooms and Easy Bathrooms) on its multi-million pound follow-on investment from Growth Partner.
• Working with new shareholders, John and Lyn Kearney on their acquisition of the national commercial packaging supplier W K West Ltd and its subsidiary company Midland Box Company Ltd (a group which trades as Westpack).

Jack helped raise over £42,000 for Dove House Hospice by taking part in Yorkshire’s ‘Strictly Learn to Dance’, where he performed in front over 1,000 people.

Jack helped to design, build and drive the team’s soapbox in this year’s Bradford Soapbox Challenge, where we finished with the 4th quickest time out of 26 teams and raised hundreds of pounds for charity along the way!
