Alison has more than 25 years of experience in finance and accounting, with 15 years at KPMG and a further 10 years in the FMCG sector. She has led accounting teams across the UK, Ireland and Europe, providing strategic financial leadership within complex international businesses.
With a strong background in both law and accounting, Alison combines commercial insight with a people-focused approach. She is passionate about building high-performing, resilient teams and is particularly proud of creating collaborative cultures that successfully deliver key business projects and drive organisational success.
