Abigail Mitchell

Abigail has experience advising on a range of diverse property issues including acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold premises, commercial leases, development work and secured lending.

She works with property developers, business owners, companies, pension funds and banks in the construction, retail, office, industrial and leisure sectors.

She has assisted national retailers embarking on large scale acquisition programmes and securing new leases in shopping centres and with new leases and transfers of leases in their portfolios. In addition, she deals with commercial lease management for landlords with regional and national retail and industrial portfolios. Abigail also has experience in dealing with strategic land acquisitions for commercial site assembly and disposals.
