Angela Cashin

Angela acts for businesses and individuals, offering expertise and advice on a whole range of corporate transactions.

Her specialisms include share and business acquisitions, disposals and management buyouts. She also oversees group reorganisations, restructuring and demergers, joint ventures and corporate lending; including refinancing and private equity funding.

Angela also provides corporate support and services to clients in the education sector.

Work highlights include:

• Advising the management team on a management buy-out with a deal value of £10m.
• Advising a client providing insurance broking services on several acquisitions leading to the sale of the company.
• Advising a client on the acquisition of a subsidiary of a group incorporated in France.

In a voluntary capacity, Angela is a governor at Rowley Lane J I & N School in Huddersfield. She is also a qualified company secretary (GradICSA) and a member of ICSA: The Governance Institute
