Elizabeth assists the team, working with a wide range of clients in contentious and non-contentious matters. She deals with personal insolvency, corporate restructuring and LPA receiverships.
Elizabeth is also experienced in a variety of debt recovery matters dealing with claims from initial instructions to recovery. Experience includes preparing letters before action, statutory demands, bankruptcy petitions and winding up petitions.
Her specialisms include advising LPA Receivers on the validity of their appointments, as well as advising and dealing with private and auction property sales.
Work highlights include:
- Acting for LPA receivers on recovering possession and sale of property portfolios.
- Assisting with a re-finance involving a commercial property.
- Acting for directors to obtain permission from the court under section 216 of the Insolvency Act.
In a volunttary capacity, Elizabeth assists with the annual Easter egg and Christmas toy appeals which we run across all of our offices to support those in need.
