His specialisms include the acquisition and disposal of development sites and involvement with regeneration schemes. His expertise also covers property joint ventures and business property relocations.

Darren has extensive knowledge of commercial landlord and tenant matters, acting for tenants in relation to leasehold transactions and he advises several commercial landlords.
