Caprice acts for businesses and individuals advising on a range of commercial matters.
Caprice joined Schofield Sweeney in September 2018 as a solicitor apprentice. During her apprenticeship she spent 3.5 years in the dispute resolution department before moving to the commercial department where she gained 2.5 years’ experience working closely with the team before qualifying as a solicitor in August 2024.
Caprice has worked with a number of clients in different sectors including education, technology, manufacturing, retail and professional services, advising on commercial matters including:
- Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements including standard terms and conditions, consultancy agreements, agency agreements, distribution agreements, confidentiality agreements and sale of goods and services agreements; and
- Advising on intellectual property rights and data protection compliance including drafting privacy policies and assisting with subject access requests.
Caprice is a member of the Leeds Junior Lawyers Division and attends their events and seminars.
