As uncertainty increases with the outbreak of Coronavirus in the UK, Schofield Sweeney wishes to reassure all of our clients and contacts that we will continue to operate as usual.
Continuation of service
The wellbeing of our staff and duty of care to our clients is naturally of utmost importance to Schofield Sweeney. With the current concerns about coronavirus and the evolving situation, I am writing to provide confidence that we have the appropriate continuity plans in place to minimise any risks and continue to provide the service you would expect from our people.
As much as reasonably possible we will continue to keep our offices open, and our staff have the technology support in place to be able to continue to work remotely when and where required.
We have taken the decision to cancel all Schofield Sweeney hosted external events for the immediate future, and we will be in touch directly with regards to any dinners or networking events that are in the diary to postpone until later in the year.
We appreciate that you will also have your own contingency plans in place, and our teams will follow your guidance where they are working with your members of staff.
If you have a meeting scheduled at one of our offices, before arriving please do get in touch with your Schofield Sweeney contact, to check that the meeting is still happening in person, or whether it can be conducted remotely via Telephone or Teams. We are advising that if staff or guests are suffering symptoms described in the latest NHS advice they should stay at home so we can minimise any risk of infection at our offices.
Our team will still be accessible via email and the phone, should you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us on 0113 849 4000.
